On behalf of our Client we are looking for experienced automotive and software experts willing to relocate to Vienna, Austria.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
- Supporting the engineers in their design, conduct dynamic, mechanical and heat sink design and NV analysis, able to use CAD to design hybrid motor 
- Doing finite element analysis of E\E drive and e-drive parts, thermal FEA analysis for engine and hybrid e-transmission in transient and static state
- Designing mechanical parts and interface of hybrid e-drive system, do NVH analysis and product improvement; digit signal process skill and use in time and frequency domain model analysis, including hammering and shaking test; do FEA for components and forward volt drop
- Compiling test plan including test standard, sample duplicate, lookback test result and modification plan design
- Look into new technology, use advanced analysis plan to do product analysis; communicate with engineers and external clients and provide technical report and improvement plan

YOUR PROFILE: 
- Have bachelor degree or above
- Major in E\E, automation, mechanical, motor 
- Have over 10 years experience in hybrid motor and car engineering, overall understanding of finite element analysis
- Must have: engineer training, problem-solving and improving, teamwork and communication, resource management, strategic planning and financial management capability

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- Experienced in teaching and explaining finite element analysis
- Have knowledge in material strength, elasticity and reliability, thermal fatigue and continuous and non-continuous vibration analysis and thermal conductance
- Have knowledge in metal material features in terms of mechanical and thermal performance: silicon steel, magnetic steel, gray and white iron, tough iron, metal powder, familiar with solid mechanical parts and equivalent modeling, and 3D solid package
- Have knowledge in carrying out FEA and product design and supporting design procedure for material selection
- Have ability to use analysis SW for modeling simulation

 

TOOLUSING CAPABILITY:
- Maxwell, Speed, Jmag, Matlab, ANSYS, Starccm+, CATIA, CAD
- familiar in using Maxwell, Speed, Jmag for electromagnetic simulation
- use Matlab to compile process program for motor postanalysis and motor performance optimization program
- user of ANSYS Star ccm+ for mechanical, thermal and fluid simulation
- user of CATIA, CAD for modeling and drawing
