Lead Calibration Engineer (m/f)
On behalf of our Client we are looking for experienced automotive and software experts willing to relocate to Vienna, Austria.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- All the calibration work in the e-drive system and in vehicle integration
- Improving calibration capability in GWM, train and guide the engineers at their work
- Collecting the latest testing technology of the motor and inverter
- Determination and selection of major suppliers; examine and evaluate the supplier’s technical solutions
- Visiting suppliers and integration design of the powertrain
- Solving technical problems in motor design, manufacture, calibration and test
YOUR PROFILE:
- Have master degree or above
- Major in motor, power electronics, electric engineering
- Over 5 years experience
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
- Have knowledge of theory and function of the motor control system
- Have knowledge in designing and mechanism of the inverter and motor
- Have design idea and method of motor control SW, and what need to be calibrated in SW
- Have bench test and calibration capability
- Have vehicle test and calibration capability
- Know mechanism of EV and HEV
- Have SW design ability
- Have basic knowledge of analog, digit signal, electromagnetic field and the theory related
TOOL-USING CAPABILITY:
- INCA and CANape
- Skilled in standard calibration tool such as CANape
- Can read and familiar with C code and C/C++
- User of Matlab / Simulink
